Flowers & Stars lights by Petra Krausova

Flowers and bright stars a reflection of the night sky - Petra Krausova’s light installation. LASVIT designer Petra Krausova, created a dynamically-lit sculpture titled Cassia that draws its inspiration from the universe and its star-studded sky, as well as the organic shapes of flowers in a meadow, gently moving in the breeze.

The sculpture consists of a group of smaller pendants, approximately 15 cm in diameter, each made of hand-blown glass. Every individual pendant represents a flower or a star, depending upon how we observe them. Each takes on a slightly different shape thanks to the use of optical form that allows glass to expand in its open areas. Variations are further enhanced by the monochromatic color scheme that differs in textures from clear glass, sanded and opaque glass, to pendants with hand-painted gold segments.

Fish & Fish collection by Paola Navone
‘Fish & Fish’ by Italian designer Paola Navone is created for Serax. Navone draws her inspiration from her travels across the world, the different  cultures and everyday lives of people. This collection lays a special emphasis on the great depression of the 1930s witnessed in US.
‘fish and fish’ revisited the designs in flat and hollow plates, glasses, jars, salt and pepper shakers, and vodka carafes, all completed by large hammered aluminum platters, in the form of a fish motif and stamped ‘herring bar’.
